The Board agreed to Note on the approval of Minutes <br /> at the next scheduled meeting. <br /> Correspondence <br /> Town Clerk-Request for Road large Change <br /> The Town Planner made reference to a letter received from <br /> the Town Clerk regarding the renaming of Hemlock Street to Gina <br /> Way. The original request having been made and advertised for <br /> Gina Lane* The Board made the decision to change "Gina Lane" <br /> t "Gina Way" as not to be confused with "Gia Lane" . The <br /> official o t having been made for "Gina Way" . The Town Clerk is <br /> requesting "Gina' s way" . <br /> The Town Planner suggested the Board notify the Town Clerk <br /> that their intent had been to Note for "Gina' way" . 'The Board <br /> agreed to proceed as suggested. <br /> Board Secretary-Letter of Resignation, June 22, 2000 <br /> Said letter was acknowledged by the Board, with the Chairman <br /> suggesting a thank-you be seat recognizing her services. <br /> Cape Cod Commission-update <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Board they had requested he <br /> write to the Cape Cod Commission indicating Board support for <br /> Development Agreement wi'th I ashpee Commons, which he has done. <br /> e also spore with the Commission Staff who informed hire that <br /> the Development Agreement zoning Bylaw must be approved by the <br /> Regulatory Committee, as well as the full Commission. This <br /> information was verified by the County Ordinance.. <br /> A Demo has been submitted to the Board of Selectmen <br /> requesting authorization to forward said Bylaw to the Commission <br /> for their review/approval. The Commission has scheduled this <br /> matter for consideration of the Regulatory Committee on July <br /> 2ti; and for full Commission consideration on August Ilth. <br /> Board Items <br /> Associate member Interviews <br /> The Board was unable to address this matter as there were <br /> no candidates for the position present . <br /> Assistant Town Planner Position <br /> The Town Planner reported that the Board of Selectmen have <br /> decided against advertising for the Assistant Town Planner <br /> position. The Selectmen have decided to review the Job <br /> Description, possibly amending it to a GIS position, rather than <br /> Assistant Planner. - - <br />
