Seminara,requesting a Special <br /> Pell-nit under§174-24, and §174-25 (Table of Use Regulations), and §174-41 (Parking Lot <br /> Design) to allow for construction of an industrial warehouse building on property located <br /> in an I-1 Zoning District at 68 Echo Road, (Map 19 Parcel 14), Mashpee, MA. (Owner of <br /> Record: Michael Umano, Trustee). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 24, 2014 and October 31, 2014 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout;Chairman,Jonathan Furbush,Vice Chaillnan, <br /> William A. Blaisdell, Board Members, James Reiffarth and Richard Jodka, and Associate <br /> Members Dom DeBarros and Scott Goldstein. Also present was Building Commissioner, <br /> Michael Mendoza. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represents Louis J. Seminara,Petitioner, who is proposing <br /> to constrict a 9,980 square foot metal building. It's a 60,000 square foot lot with 200 feet <br /> of frontage along Echo Road, is approximately 165 feet long and 60 feet wide. The plan <br /> depicts a building design up to eight(8)individual bays that are 1,200 square feet each and <br /> are typical contractor bays. This building will be built to conform to the appropriate <br /> setbacks as indicated in 58 Echo Road. <br /> The application packet included a written narrative, a site plan of the building <br /> depicting the site dimensions, the septic profile,the zoning summary, and drainage design. <br /> Also included is a picture of the building facade and signage dimensions. <br /> 1 <br />
