applicant Steven- Dolan, as Associate Member of the Planning <br /> Board; which Motion was duly seconded by Beverly Dane. <br /> The vice Chairman requested a Roll Call vote of all Planning <br /> Board Members present <br /> Beverly Kane - Steven D o l axe; <br /> Martine Meij eying - Steven Dolan; <br /> James Dorg n - Steven Dolan; and <br /> Dennis Balzarini - Steven Dolan. <br /> The Town Planner them reported he has requested, by Memo, <br /> that the Selectmen schedule a vote on the Planning Board <br /> Associate member position. <br /> Correspondence-Continued <br /> Robert Plugge--Fax Lawrence Lynch Proposal 7100 <br /> The vice Chairman acknowledged receipt of a fax outlining <br /> proposal in the amount of 1 , 013 . (The deadline has been <br /> etended to September 8, 2000, voted at a previous Planning Board <br /> meeting) . <br /> Board Items-Continued <br /> Request from Waterways Commission <br /> Payment to Barnstable County for water Sample Analysis <br /> The Town Planner presented a voucher requiring those <br /> signatures representing a majority of the Planning Board. <br /> Said voucher was signed by all Members present . <br /> The Town Planner reported that Planning Board Chairman, <br /> Matthew F. Malone, has forwarded a letter to Keith Moore <br /> regarding the Amos Pond Trail at Stratford Ponds, as voted at a <br /> previous Planning Board Meeting. <br /> The 'down Planner also reported that revisions have been <br /> made, as suggested by the Consulting Engineer, to the Preliminary <br /> Plan process. Said revisions having been made by the <br /> Administrative Assistant, Myra Suchenicz. <br /> The Administrative Assistant requested "Discussion of <br /> Revision of Planning ring Board Subdivision Regulations" be removed <br /> from the Agenda as a regular item, to .be scheduled only when <br /> appropriate. <br /> She further advised that notification has been received from <br /> the Attorney General ' s office suggesting each and even Zoning <br /> Bylaw change be individually typed, nMemorandum Town Planning <br /> Boards and Planning Staff, dated July 10, 2000, The Zoning Bylaw <br /> -10- <br />
