Dennis expresses concern about the 35 days and the possibility of missing <br /> the deadline and having this proposal pass without proper review. More discussion <br /> ensues about groundwater area. Dennis states that he doesn't think this auto body shop <br /> belongs in this area. Jim expresses concern over the way in which chemical leakage is <br /> disposed of. ,Jim states that there is not enough information here to make a decision to <br /> recommend. <br /> Ed Govoni,, Chairman of Zoning Board speaks briefly about special permit regulations <br /> and hover this proposal could open doors to similar proposals in the future. <br /> Beverly says that she agrees whole-heartedly with Dennis and she feels that we should <br /> make a negative recommendation to the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> Chairman asks if there is anyone on the board who is unable to make a decision at this <br /> time.. The decision is made to go forward with a motion. <br /> Motion is made to not recommend this matter to the ZBA for the following reasons: <br /> (a) inadequate information; b too many residents put at risk; c the involvement of <br /> hazardous materials; d groundwater area involved. Motion is made by Beverly, <br /> seconded by Dennis and caned unanimously. <br /> Chairman opens the Public Hearing at :20 p.m. with Zoning Articles for the October <br /> town meeting.
