Mr. Ciampi says that Charley Rowley le never sent him a letter, letter was faxed to the.Board. Chairman reads from Charlie's letter, extensive overgrowth, pavement in poor condition, catch basins need to be reconstructed; several recommendations to correct these and other issues. Several Board members mention the issue of doubling the problem for the next person if this is not done by Mr. Ciampi. Dennis inquires as to whether here is a price , for security. Dennis suggests that Mr. Ciampi et together with guilder of road (Mr. Rodrigues),, to see if they can work together to reduce cost, Mr. Ciampi says that Mr. Rodrigues ue only wants to do what is necessary to et a release of covenant. Chairman insists that there will be no covenant release v thout a price given by Charlie. It is deeded to put this on agenda for next month after consultation Wth Charlie.
