It is <br /> recommended that $2,500 be retained; total balance being $17,970. Chairman asks if <br /> there are any uesbons comments from the Board. <br /> Motion is made by Dennis to recommend send Charlie's letter to the applicant and to <br /> withhold $2,500 as security. Seconded by Beverly and unanimously passes. <br /> Minutes <br /> Chairman requests update to the matter regarding previous Minutes. There is some <br /> grief review and discussion. <br /> Motion is made by Dennis to approve Minutes of August 2nd. Seconded by Beverly; <br /> unanimously passes. <br /> lot on is made by Martine to approve Minutes of July 5th and July 19th. Seconded by <br /> Beverly; passes unanimously. . <br /> It is decided that September 6th [Minutes will be reviewed at next meeting, dine to the <br /> length of the Minute 11 pages). <br /> Board Items: <br /> Natural Resources cornmi ee <br /> Tom Fudala brings to the attention of the Board that the Natural Resources committee <br /> bar-laws requires that an alternate be chosen. Martine Volunteers. <br /> Motion is made by Martine to recommend herself as an alternate preventative for the <br /> [natural Resources Committee. seconded by Beverly; unanimously passed. . <br /> Strafford Ponds' sewer Treatment Plan <br /> Chairman provides Board with detailed update as reed from Charlie F o le "s report, <br /> which was not favorable. Torn Fudala once again reports, as an abutter, that the work <br /> hours are being violated, which is a continual problem. There is some Board discussion <br /> about filing a formal complaint and what the procedure is for this. chairman says that he <br /> gill request that the building inspector should look into this. Beverly states that there has <br /> to be some control of this situation, which is setting a bad example for others. Keith was <br /> notffied, previously of these violations. • <br /> Balfour Lane <br /> chairman reads briefly from Charlie's recommendation letter regarding Balfour Lane.
