It is decided to schedule a public hearing to address this. <br /> Motion is made by Dennis to schedule a public hearing for November 1st at <br /> 7 p.m. for 88 Echo Road. Seconded by Beverly and carried unanimously. <br /> Haystack Real Trust/Jack Landers-Caule <br /> Mr. Landers-Cauley gave Tom Fudala a plan profile. A copy was given to Charlie Rowley <br /> for his review and recommendations. Tom asked if we have an abutters list. Mr. Landers- <br /> Cauley said that he get it for him. Tom <br /> Fudala mentioned subdivision standards and says that before a covenant release, <br /> current standards have to be met. He said that a street was built illegally; without Board <br /> approval. Mr. Crowe asked where he would have to bring his road. Dennis pointed out <br /> on the map where he needed to bring the road another 250 feet. Mr. Crowe argued that <br /> he did not want to have to build a road for other people to use. <br /> There was a five minute break while Tom got a copy of topographical map for further <br /> clarification. The map was then provided for review. There was some discussion about <br /> getting a waiver. There was further discussion about how to pave town owned land with <br /> proper drainage structure. It was decided that he must pave out 105 feet. <br /> Motion was made by Dennis to have Mr. Crowe construct his frontage on Popponesset <br /> Avenue to the end of his property line to Mashpee subdivision standards. Seconded by <br /> Beverly; carried unanimously. <br /> Waiver of Subdivision R„ uations; Steve Giatrelis <br /> Steve Giatrelis stated that he is seeking an extension of a road. He read from a letter by <br /> the Cape & Island Engineers. Chairman asked if there were any questions/comments. <br /> Tom Fudala asked what the exact length of the proposed extension is. Mr. Giatrelis said <br /> that there is none, as of yet. Tom said that he must get a consensus from the Board <br /> regarding an exact length. Steve Dolan asked whether this is going to be a ball field. Mr. <br /> Giatrelis answers yes. Steve inquired about an emergency access gate. It was pointed <br /> out on the map.
