Mr. Ogella promised <br />that he would provide copies of the plans once they are finalized. Dennis said that-. he <br />doesn't think it's necessary for each person to be provided with their own copy of <br />pro fans. As long as one person receives them that should be sufficient. There was considerable discussion on this subject <br />between- the Board, Mr. Ogella and abutters. . <br />Beverly redirected the discussion to the concerns about Phase Il beginning while there <br />are still incomplete issues with Phase 1. she mentioned revegetation and then read from <br />conditions of special permit. <br />Chairman requested that something in writing be provided t the Board regarding n <br />� q g g p <br />update as to the checklit of things that rued to be completed in Phase. I. <br />Mr. Bornstein responded that -they had already been approved for Phase 11 but simply <br />made a fever changes in foundations and footings. Charlie added that there are minor <br />road and drainage issues in that need to be completed under Phase I and should be <br />included -as pert of Chairman's proposed checklist. <br />614 <br />Art Trams , a professional planner on Cape Cod said plans need to be provided two <br />reeds before a meeting is to take place.
