T m Fudala noted how the plans show lines of road layout. The question of who <br /> 5 owns the land between the property line and Great Hay Road came up. Mr. <br /> Landers— Cauley was not sure. <br /> Dennis brought up the issue of buffer zone. Torn said that this property would be <br /> for industrial use and there are no residential concerns. He also noted that <br /> drainage does,not conforn; to by-law standards. <br /> Several abutting residents asked if they could vier the plans. Torn Fudala <br /> explained that these plans-simply note property lines and.there are no buildings <br /> at this point. Mr. Landers-eauley said,that it was basically, two lots being turned <br /> into three lots with frontage'off Industrial Drive. ft was mutually agreed that any <br /> proposed building construction would have to be presented before the Board. <br /> r One resident expressed concern about the construction of another tower in the <br /> area. Tom assured the residents that there are laws and regulations regarding <br /> the construction of towers and that this is light industry only. <br /> Torn again reminded that drainage issues creed to be addressed. Mr. Landers- <br /> eaul y-requested immediate approval, with contingences, noting that he will <br /> male revisions and brings them to the next Board meeting. <br /> Motion is made by Martine to approve subdivision plans with the following <br /> contingencies: that the plans will be revised to-conform to drainage by-laws,.that <br /> there will be no access to Great Hay Road and that the plans will be submitted in <br /> digital form. Seconded by Beverly; carried unanimously. ; <br /> Motion is made by Martine to close the public portion of the meeting. Seconded <br /> by Beverly; carried unarnimou ly. <br /> Belcher Property —Water District—Tad in Plan <br /> After a brief update on this item, Tom requested waiver of fee for the Water <br /> District. <br /> Motion was made by Martine to waive the fee for the Water District. Seconded <br /> by Beverly; carried unanimously. <br /> Motion was made by Martine to sign the Belcher Property plans with a notation <br /> that approval is not required. seconded by Beverly;- carried unanimously. <br /> y <br /> Strafford Ponds <br /> Tom Fudala said that the return of $10,000 security was requested. Dennis <br /> reported that he went out to the site to check on stumps and markings and that <br /> everything was satisfactory. _ <br />
