Martine mentioned zoning by-law item 11 and whether the building being would <br /> be a detriment to other buildings in the area. The consensus was no. <br /> Charlie Fowler brought up-the Echo Rd. "apron." There was some discussion <br /> about this. <br /> Dennis inquired about pavement issues. There was some discussion regarding <br /> catch basins and leeching basin. Tom mentioned that leeching basins-would be <br /> illegal in this instance. There was some discussion regarding solid basin _ <br /> overflowing into a.swell. Charlie mentioned digging a trench. Dennis said that we <br /> should look at the bar-lavers for specifications. <br /> Torn said that them was not enough information provided in the plans to make a <br /> decision regarding drainage: Charlie said that he is not concerned about this. <br /> Torn then inquired about driveway construction. There is discussion aboLit loam <br /> vs. sand. Dennis provided'a profile on driveways and pavement. <br /> Torn brought up the issue of roof/rain infiltration. There was some discussion <br /> about parking-drainage going into the ground and storm grater requirements. Ron <br /> inquired whether the drains should be vegetated. - - <br /> Torn talked'about several pressing items from the grater gual.it r report. Dennis <br /> said that the biggest problem was rrhatmould happen with the storm water. <br /> Alec as.ked ghat he should do abdut the Design Review Committee. He went into detailed discussion as to h w tine plans were changed <br /> and/or finalized He said that none of the,property line issues have been changed. <br /> H'e addressed the items in Charlie's-recommendation letter. He mentioned that <br /> the access to Great Hay Road was a big concern of Charlie's. Haystack has no <br /> interest in Great Hay Road because their access will via industrial Drive.
