Doug encouraged all to make a concerted effort to get as much information on the table <br /> instead of inundating everyone with paperwork. H6 said that two important points.to be <br /> discussed are Southca' peVillage-and There was a mention of the <br /> lashpee rotary and the Kirshner proposal that was denied. <br /> Joint meeting adjourned. - <br /> Approval of'Minutes of November I <br /> Motion made by Dennis to approve Minutes,-of November ber 11. Seconded by !Martine; <br /> �r <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Correspondence <br /> Tom presented a memo that he sent to the ZBA in which he recommended that they not <br /> approve a sign for the Mattress & Furniture Place, which is a building that is in violation <br /> of the by-lags. He said that we should urge the building inspector to enforce the lave <br /> regarding the'illegality of the Mattress & Furniture Place. He also asked the if the <br /> Planning Board would like to.get involved.in this. There was some disagreement about <br /> this. Jim said that they aren't hurting anyone and whystepon tees. Beverlydisagreed <br /> reed <br /> strongly and said that we should not close our eyes to illegal zoning in 1 la hpee. Torn <br /> also brought up the Gym and a retail-flooring store and ,mentioned that these, also, are <br /> k in violation of town by-lags. it eras-a general consensus among the Board that these <br /> matters should be brought before the zoning inspector to investigate. <br /> Motion made by Dennis to send a letter to the zoning inspector-requesting that he <br /> investigate by-law violations by the Mattress & Furniture Placer the Flooring retail store, <br /> and the Gyre. <br /> Torn showed the Board invitations to a Community Presentation y the Office of <br /> Environmental Affairs. <br /> Charlie Rowley passed around letter that he, ,rote to Stu Bornstein regarding his <br /> recommendations for paring at Windchime. He said that he would disapprove the net _ <br /> phase -if paving is not,complete. Some discussion followed. <br /> Motion made by Dennis to have a letter sent to Mr. Bornstein, referring to Charlie's <br /> previous letter, stating that the Board grants project core locations, as well as the <br /> number of cores, to be determined by Charlie. Seconded by Martine; carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Tom presented the Planning Board expense sheet for signatures, which were signed. <br /> Motion made by Dennis to adjourn; seconded by Beverly, carried unanimously. <br />
