Ferris Book: 15324 <br /> 36 Seconsett Point Road Page: 39 <br /> Map 124 Parcel 38 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on March 27, 2013 by David M. Ferris & Ana S. <br /> Ferris requesting a Written Finding under §174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> demolition of an existing garage and allow construction of a new garage on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 36 Seconsett Point Road, (Map 124 <br /> Parcel 38), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April <br /> 5, 2013 and April 12, 2013, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to <br /> the provision of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> On April 24, 2013, Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at which time the following members of the Board were <br /> present and acting throughout: Board Members, Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. <br /> Blaisdell, Ronald S. Bonvie, Judith Horton and Associate Members John M. <br /> Dorsey and Domingo K. DeBarros. Also present was Richard E. Morgan, <br /> Building Commissioner. Board Member, James Reiffarth excused himself from <br /> this particular hearing and Board Member Donning K. DeBarros stood in. <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner <br /> and submitted the proposed plot plans developed by Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> dated April 3, 2013 by David Charles Sanicki, Registered Professional Land <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1 <br />
