Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April <br /> 5, 2013 and April 12, 2013, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to <br /> the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> On April 24, 2013, Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at which time the following members of the Board were <br /> present and acting throughout: Board Members, Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. <br /> Blaisdell, Ronald S. Bonvie, James Reiffarth, Judith Horton and Associate <br /> Members John M. Dorsey and Domingo K. DeBarros. Also present was Richard <br /> E. Morgan, Building Commissioner. <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Island Engineering represented the Petitioner <br /> and submitted the proposed plot plans developed and prepared by Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering dated March 28, 2013 by David Charles Sanicki, Registered <br /> Professional Land Surveyor. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> 1 <br />
