Byrne Construction was a developer h 'p ere within <br /> the past few ears as a art f + <br /> Y p o the agreement with the <br /> condominium agreed ' <br /> g to sell the ongoing drainage problems in back <br /> of Units 44 and 45 . These facts can be confirmed with the + <br /> condominium Attorney, Mr. Douglas Eirco, Braintree, (phone <br /> number) . � <br /> In accordance with the agreement, Byrne Construction 'ILL'` <br /> :rb placed the berm along what was then a construction road <br /> fifty <br /> �' d about <br /> Zft (50 feet from ' <br /> Y } om the residence and dug a large pit down to <br /> course sand, and then filled it with gravel .
