Ms. Kan �e questioned the logic of increasing <br /> development in Mashpee when environmental conditions are already seriously impacted. She suggested perhaps gg p p the reduction of the <br /> y growth rate should be examined further until such time as the <br /> Town is better equipped to handle the situation (municipal sewer k <br /> �} ,p r <br /> system, etc. ) .
