There are also catch basins in the eventi "��€�; <br /> of a larger storm. He noted that they have revised the swale. 3'"k <br /> Beverly Kane questioned the Planning Board members if this has to comply with the <br /> ikny <br /> stormwater by-law. It was noted that it does. <br /> E <br /> Mr.Thomas Fudala,Town Planner,asked Mr.Dunn if he has read the by-law and whether <br /> he has prepared a stormwater management plan document. Mr.Dunn stated that they do not <br /> have anything in writing. Mr.Fudala noted that he is required to have the plan in writing in <br /> accordance with the by-law. '• ` : 3;k, <br /> Mr.Butler stated that as part of the final approval,attached as an exhibit to the special <br /> permit,they will provide a stormwater management plan that will need to be approved by the <br /> Planning Board. I t ,#� <br /> Mr.James Dorgan noted that Mr.Dunn referred to the catch basins that will catch the <br /> overflow in the event of a larger storm. He questioned what kind of storm is the system <br /> Mr.Dunn noted that they are designing for a ten-year storm,24-hour duration. <br /> design for. ey gn g Y . <br /> r4i , <br /> Mr.Dunn noted that the Planning Board was concerned with the maintenance of the drainage ' <br /> system. He sand what they normally provide and put on the plans is the sweeping,the <br /> y <br /> cleaning of the catch basins twice a year,and then recording that information annually and R <br /> giving it to the Planning Board or the Conservation Commission. This information is given <br /> so that theyare aware of what the owner is doing to maintain the drainage system. <br /> � <br /> Mr.James Dorgan questioned the size of the swale. Mr.Dunn noted that the Swale is about <br /> seven feet wide. Mr.Butler noted that seven feet is a modification from the original size, <br /> which was smaller. <br /> L <br /> Upon Mr.Thomas Fudala's question,there was discussion on the roof drainage.
