Public Hearing <br /> Mashpee Commons, L.P. - North Market Street <br /> Buildings 3 and 4 - Assessors Map 74, Block 22 <br /> Approval of Modification to Special Permit <br /> The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman called <br /> this ratter to order. Mashpee Planning- Board Public <br /> Hearing Notice - Pursuant to Kass . General Law Ch. 40A, the <br /> Mashpee Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on <br /> Wednesday, January 15, 2003, at : 30 p,m. at Mashpee Town <br /> Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, to consider an application <br /> for a Special Permit modification by Mashpee Commons, L.P. , <br /> 13 Steeple Street, P.O. Box 1530, Mashpee, MA 02649 for <br /> addition of 10,.8 1 square feet of second floor space to <br /> Buildings 3 and 4 previously approved by the Board as part <br /> of the North Market Street Commercial Center project. With <br /> the proposed additional space to be used as offices and a <br /> kidney dialysis center. The project is located at the <br /> northwest corner of the intersection of Route 151 and Great <br /> Neck Road Forth and is identified on the Mashpee Assessors' <br /> Daps as Map 74, Lot 2 . Plans may be reviewed in the <br /> offices of the Town Clerk or Town Planner at Mashpee Town <br /> Hall . <br /> The Chairman recognized Douglas Storrs, Vice <br /> President, Mashpee C. mmons, Ltd. Partnership, who explained <br /> the original Special Permit, North Market Street had been <br /> approved on June 16, 1.9 93 by the Planning Board. Buildings <br /> 3 and 4. 10, 000 sq. ft. single story building, proposed <br /> retail space. The foundation has been constructed, the <br /> building has not . <br /> The DR1 has been modified approved through the Cape <br /> Coal Commission for addition of a second story to the <br /> building. A hardship induction was received on November <br /> 15, 2002 . <br /> Applicant is proposing a minor change to the first <br /> floor from 10, 000 sq. ft . to 10, 384 sq. ft. -- being 10, 38-4. <br /> sq. ft . on the first floor and 10, 851 sq. ft. on the <br /> second floor. There is no change to 'impervious surface, or <br /> lot size of the parcel. <br /> Mr. Storrs reported that minor changes in elevation <br /> have been submitted to the Board, as well as a revised, <br /> more detailed locus plan, which shows the location and <br />
