LOTION: Richard Terry made a Motion to naive the B-1 <br /> requirement, Accurate Calculations of Wetlands, Open Space, <br /> Etc. * which Motion was seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> F1-5 - Impact Reports . <br /> MOTION: Richard Terry made a Motion to waive the <br /> requirements of F1 through E5, Impact Reports; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Don Myers and so voted unanimously. <br /> AMENDED MOTION: Don Myers made an Amended Motion for <br /> approval of the request for modification to Special Permit, <br /> subject to final approval of the Design Review Committee; <br /> draft process for minor modifications of the plan; Planning <br /> Department preview that information materials mailed but not <br /> yet received is in compliance with the Zoning By-lava; a <br /> well as the following Waivers, B-4, B-5, B- , B- , B-10, B- <br /> 11, B-12r B-1 , B-I4, B-17, -1 , and F1 through ` ; which <br /> Notion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini a-nd so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> (The Planning Department to draft a Decision to be <br /> reviewed by the Planning Board Chairman and Mashpee <br /> Commons, L..
