He <br /> distributed both a Survey Plan as prepared for the owner of <br /> an adjacent parcel, and a Plan prepared by the Ma-shpee <br /> Water District who owns an easement on Monomoscoy Road <br /> West. <br /> Attorney Mills explained his clients are in receipt of <br /> all permits required to construct their home and were <br /> referred to the Planning Board by the Building Inspector <br /> because Monomoscoy Road West is an unapproved private way. <br /> He provided photographs of the road entrance. <br /> 1 <br />
