The Town' Planner made reference to that section of the <br /> ZoningBy-law that states, "...No building shall be erected <br /> except on a lot fronting on a street..." the definition of <br /> street is, "..A public war laid out by the Town, or a public <br /> r private way duly approved by the Planning Board under <br /> the Subdivision Control Statute, or a way on which a <br /> Registered Deed which has been approved by the Planning <br /> Board is the principal means of adequate access to abutting <br /> Properties .
