A specific lot must be identified on <br /> a plan in order to be recorded at the Registry of Deeds. <br /> Attorney Kirrane then made reference to a plan of land <br /> entitled, "Plan of Land located in Mashpee, prepared for <br /> Anchor self Storage, dated January 13, 2002, by Cape <br /> Islands Engineering. Said lot being identified at Lot 2 . <br /> There is a Note on the Plan stating, "Lot 2 is a non- <br /> buildable open space lot to be conveyed to the Town of <br /> iashpee under the care, custody, and control of the <br /> Conservation Commission" . Both the Cape Cod Commission and <br /> iashpee Planning Board Decision and recording information <br /> have been referenced. <br /> The Town Planner inquired as to lot frontage for the <br /> building l-ot . He questioned whether or not this matter <br /> could be presented under the ANR process , He stated <br /> minimum required frontage is necessary for co.nsi aeration of <br /> n ANR plan, otherwise it would require Definitive Plan <br /> process . <br /> The Town Planner suggested Attorney Kirrane draft a <br /> Deem referring to a Def-initive Plan to be helm by the <br /> Planning Board as guarantee . <br /> Attorney Kirrane responded he has prepared a Deed <br /> which ha-s been submitted to the Conservation Commission for <br /> their approval, who in turn has submitted it to Town <br /> .Counsel . A copy of said Deed has also been submitted to <br /> the Cape Cod Commission.. The only omission is the Plan <br /> Book and Page. <br /> The Town Planner requested Title Bloch, Zoning <br /> District, and Town Clerk signature be included on the plan. <br /> ti <br /> Attorney Kirrane agreed to provide a copy of said plan <br /> to the Planning Board to hold so that Applicant can <br /> proceed. .. <br /> Attorney Kirrane clarified the Conservation Commission <br /> has voted at Public Hearing to accept said parcel of open <br /> space subject to approval by Town Counsel of the form of <br /> the Deed. <br /> 2 <br />
