A specific lot must be identified on a plan in order to be recorded at the Registry of Deeds. Attorney Kirrane then made reference to a plan of land entitled, "Plan of Land located in Mashpee, prepared for Anchor self Storage, dated January 13, 2002, by Cape Islands Engineering. Said lot being identified at Lot 2 . There is a Note on the Plan stating, "Lot 2 is a non- buildable open space lot to be conveyed to the Town of iashpee under the care, custody, and control of the Conservation Commission" . Both the Cape Cod Commission and iashpee Planning Board Decision and recording information have been referenced. The Town Planner inquired as to lot frontage for the building l-ot . He questioned whether or not this matter could be presented under the ANR process , He stated minimum required frontage is necessary for co.nsi aeration of n ANR plan, otherwise it would require Definitive Plan process . The Town Planner suggested Attorney Kirrane draft a Deem referring to a Def-initive Plan to be helm by the Planning Board as guarantee . Attorney Kirrane responded he has prepared a Deed which ha-s been submitted to the Conservation Commission for their approval, who in turn has submitted it to Town .Counsel . A copy of said Deed has also been submitted to the Cape Cod Commission.. The only omission is the Plan Book and Page. The Town Planner requested Title Bloch, Zoning District, and Town Clerk signature be included on the plan. ti Attorney Kirrane agreed to provide a copy of said plan to the Planning Board to hold so that Applicant can proceed. .. Attorney Kirrane clarified the Conservation Commission has voted at Public Hearing to accept said parcel of open space subject to approval by Town Counsel of the form of the Deed. 2
