The Town Planner advised Board of Selectmen approval <br /> for acceptance will also be required. He suggested the <br /> standard page for Selectmen signature be included. <br /> Attorney Kirrane requested a letter from the Planning <br /> Board to the Cape cod commission stating the Planning Board <br /> is prepared to execute and endorse a Definitive Subdivision <br /> Plan, similar to the ANR Plan presented, in order to <br /> address the technical frontage i- sue, subject to the Pub. .is <br /> Hearing process . <br /> The Board then- directed Planning Staff to draft said <br /> letter. <br /> Attorney Kirrane offered to assist the Town Planner in <br /> this regard. He then withdrew his request for the AN <br /> Plan_ <br /> The Chairman- then entertained a motion t schedule a <br /> prospective Definitive Plan Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Bennis Bal arini mace a Motion to schedule a <br /> Public Hearing in this ratter for 7 : 15 p.m- . on February 5, <br /> 2 ; which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> windchime Point., Inc. - Windchime Point Condominium <br /> Approval of Modification to Special Permit <br /> • <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to order. <br /> She recognized Attorney Ed Taipale, representing <br /> Applicant, who made reference to revised plans which have <br /> been submitted to the �Planning Department, as well a <br /> reprised building coverage cbmputations. <br /> He reported that the Building Inspector has determined <br /> that the tennis courts could be considered a "structures" <br /> which would allow for additional square footage and remain <br /> within the 10 criteria. The Town Planner however tapes <br /> issue with this determination. <br /> Attorney Taipale feels that the Building Inspector, as <br /> the Zoning Enforcement Officer should determine the matter. <br /> 3 <br />
