There are no excessive changes <br /> in grade that would require drainage, the topography is <br /> flat . <br /> Issues to be addres-sed based upon comments made by the <br /> Consulting Engineer: Use of same materials, Fire -Department <br /> width recommendations in writing, and Manning Board <br /> requirements for construction of the street. <br /> Discussion of Public Hearing schedule <br /> South Cape Village - special Permit Modification <br /> The Assistant Town Planner reported Applicant has <br /> requested the Board schedule a Public Hearing before the <br /> Cape Cod Commission has made an official decision on the <br /> DRI . <br /> It was the consensus of the Board that this request <br /> was premature and that the matter should be scheduled for <br /> the next meeting . <br /> Board Items <br /> 8 <br />
