consider a definitive subdivision plan application b <br /> Anchor Self Storage, P.O. Box 599, Mashpee, MA 02 for a <br /> two lot subdivision of land located on Forstdale Road, <br /> Route 130, identified on the Mashpee Assessors f Maps as Map <br /> 1 , Block 11 . Plans may be reviewed in the offices of the <br /> Torn clerk, or the Town Planner at Mashpee Town .Hall . <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Kir-raine who reminded <br /> the Board he had appeared- before them several weeps ago <br /> with an Approval Not Required plan for the purpose of <br /> separating the open space parcel from the developed parcel . <br /> The open space is to be conveyed to the Town of Mashpee <br /> under the care, control and custody of the Conservation <br /> Commission. The Board determined there was inadequate <br /> frontage and did not therefor technically conform to the <br /> requirements of the ANR process . <br /> Applicant is now submitting a subdivision. plan, which <br /> creates the necessary lots to be deeded to the Town. Said <br /> plan entitled, "Plan of Land located in Mashpee, MA, <br /> prepared for Anchor Self Storage of Mashpee, Inc. , dated <br /> January 30, 2003, Cape & Island Engineering" . Request was <br /> made for a waiver of the frontage requirements. <br /> The Town Planner suggested Applicant provide a written <br /> request for said waiver of frontage. He noted the plan is <br /> being submitted for the first time this date and rewires <br /> review and vote of the Board of Health. He suggested the <br /> Hearing in. this matter be continued. He also informed the <br /> Board there is a Deed signed/accepted by the Conservation' <br /> co =fission and approved by the Board of selectmen. <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this ratter to February 19, 20.0 at :20 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Bal ar. ni and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required Plan <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> North Glen Drive <br /> Willo bend Drive <br /> Applicant was -not present to address either of these <br /> matters. <br /> Minutes <br /> 3 <br />
