The Assistant Town Planner made the following suggestions to the Minutes of the November 20th Meeting Pg. 2, clarify "Trinity Place" no reference to Augat Building.; pg. 4..."and" proposed Echo Road site coverage; pg. 6, "is" free standing; pg. 2 , "modeled"; pg . 2.1, reference to Section E- ..pa'ge " . MOTION: Tennis Balarin-i. made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the November 20, 2:002 Meeting, as amended; which Motion was seconded by Don Myers and so voted unanimously. Public Hearing Windchime Paint, Inc. - Windchime Point Condominium Approval of Modification to Special Permit The appointed hour having arrived, the chairman called the Public Hearing in this matter to order. The Town Planner reported Torn Counsel has made a determination in this matter, definition of structures, a copy of which has been faxed to Attorney Taipale this date. The Chairman recognized Tom Quinn who presented a plan entitled, `Preliminary (in red) "Windchime Point Site Plan Phase III, dated February 5. 200 -C nits, 1 -Buildings" . (-Richard Term arrived at the Meeting at this point p.m. ) . Mr. Quinn explained some of the buildings along the back lot lime have been deleted. Buildings #26, 27, 2 , and 41 will be evenly spaced along the open space in the back. Minor adjustments have been made to Buildings #22, 2 , and 24 . Final engineering, topography is not yet ready for Mr. owl ey' s review. Some porches that are attached to the garages have been downsi ed; some of the garages have been redesigned to fit underneath the Buildings #4 , 47, 48, 49, and 50, as well as Buildings #.4 2 and 43 . The dr,ivewa-ys have not been laid out. Mr. Quinn provided the Board with an engineering report for the wastewater treatment plant. The Trustees have contracted a company to maintain grater quality reports .
