Chairman John Kuchinski asked if the drainage 47 , <br /> issues had been resolve. <br /> Consulting Engineer, Mr. Rowley answered"not completely". Mr: Rowley had <br /> received plans from Terry Eldrige with drainage calculations showing <br /> substantially more drainage which Mr. Rowley did not have a problem with. <br /> Drainage is in a green area,but it's in a hole. Mr. Rowley had no chance to <br /> review drainage calculations. Mr. Rowley would like to incorporate new drainage <br /> plans into the plans. Mr. Rowley stated he is looking at plans that have never <br /> been approved. <br /> Chairman John Kuchinski stated he would like to see as much drainage as -14 <br /> u <br /> possible going into a maintained area as opposed to a leeching area, plus it's <br /> cheaper for the developer. .s <br /> Mr: Roberts stated that the amount of water that will be going down this road into <br /> these basins is an area the developer already has some concerns about. They are <br /> thinking about barrel-blocking the area.
