Mr. Roberts answered that it was eliminated. There are parking spaces for <br /> everyone, garages are purchased separately and are not assigned to specific units. } :. <br /> Chairman Kuchinski asked if there was any correspondence? <br /> Town Planner, Tom Fudala, read a letter from Stu Bornstein, dated 812199 asking <br /> that fee of$500 be waived because 5-plex to 3-plex had already been approved <br /> and this is not a new design. Board voted to NOT NAIVE fee. <br /> Stu Bornstein, Windchime Developer, asked the board to approve special permit <br /> to modification. <br /> Chairman Kuchinski stated that when Mr. Rowley could not mare inspection,Mr. <br /> Bornstein unilaterally hired another inspector. It was suggested that a small fee <br /> be set up by Mr. Bornstein to pay for outside engineering when Mr. Rowley is not <br /> available. <br /> Town Planner, Tom Fudala indicated an RPP would have to be submitted for <br /> consulting services. <br /> Mr. Roberts indicated inspection is being done to fine grading. <br /> .fir. Rowley stated that he was called to do an inspection. When he appeared,the <br /> site was not ready, and also that drainage was put in covered. Shaping of parking <br /> of must also be done. Mr. Rowley wants reasonable notice from developer for <br /> inspections. <br /> Mr. Roberts indicated that if Charlie needs another day notice,that would be fine. <br /> He wants to work with the board in any way possible to facilitate inspections. <br /> Windchime will be willing to give Mr. Rowley 72 hours notice or as much time <br /> as needed for inspection by Mr. Rowley. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested that in the event he cannot make the inspection, with 72 <br /> hours notice, he could call Gregg,but it's unlikely to happen again. <br /> Chairman John Kuchinski read a letter from Professional Engineer(Terry)dated <br /> A <br /> 8/28/99 regarding drainage calculations at Windchime. <br /> Motion to Continue Public Hearing to 14f6199 a 7:00 E <br /> Motion, Matt Malone; Seconded,Dennis Balzarini <br /> Vote: 4-0 Unanimous i <br /> 13 <br />
