There are no existing sidewalks to <br /> make a connect, A large number of pedestrian traffic is <br /> not anticipated in the Industrial Park. <br /> Conditions : l signed Application/authorization of all <br /> four ( property owners; ) Resolution of 'road/drainage to <br /> confirm with zoning by-law requirements; ) Resolution of <br /> issues raised by the Consulting Engineer in letters dated <br /> .February 5 th and February 19th ) Address Board of Health <br /> issues; and Delineation of drainage easements. <br /> There being no further discussion of this matter the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Richard Terry made a Motion to approve the <br /> Preliminary Plan in this matter subject to the <br /> aforementioned Conditions 1 - 5 stated by the Town Planner; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Discussion <br /> Mike Crowe - Arabic Avenue <br /> The Town Planner explained this parcel is located off <br /> Route 28, opposite Sea oaks which is a paper subdivision <br /> and will require construction of a road for access. <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Crowe who presented a <br /> plan, making reference to proposed drainage, vegetated <br /> sail . <br /> The Town Planner suggested a copy of said plan be <br /> submitted to the Consulting Engineer for review.
