A request has been filed with the Selectmen to obtain approval to leave <br /> the sign in place; the sign has been located in its' current location for nine or ten years. <br /> the Town Manager has contacted Mr. Bonvie (11/3/99)to request him to submit a plan <br /> to the Selectmen which will be done; Mr. Bonvie will submit the DPW plan which <br /> locates the sign. Mr. Bonvie reported they are still in Phase 1: rehabing old construction <br /> for the last year and a half, now in new construction which is Phase 1B. one hundred <br /> nine (109)units have been 90% completed. Nothing has been started in Phase H. Phase <br /> II is conditional upon the revegetation being completed prior to Phase II beginning. <br /> Before final approval of the revegetation, Southport must go through one complete <br /> growing season.
