4 i 1. Y' �h• 1 - Represented by Ron Bonvie/Southport. Mr. Bonvie reported that they have planted low growth j uniper. A request has been filed with the Selectmen to obtain approval to leave the sign in place; the sign has been located in its' current location for nine or ten years. the Town Manager has contacted Mr. Bonvie (11/3/99)to request him to submit a plan to the Selectmen which will be done; Mr. Bonvie will submit the DPW plan which locates the sign. Mr. Bonvie reported they are still in Phase 1: rehabing old construction for the last year and a half, now in new construction which is Phase 1B. one hundred nine (109)units have been 90% completed. Nothing has been started in Phase H. Phase II is conditional upon the revegetation being completed prior to Phase II beginning. Before final approval of the revegetation, Southport must go through one complete growing season. An extension was granted through the spring to 5/5/2000 (Friday). The board nominated John Kuchinski as Chairman, James Dorgan as Vice--Chairman, and Matt Malone as Clerk. Motion to Approve: John Kuchinski Second: Matt Malone Vote: 4-0 Unanimous Correspondence: 1) Myra Suchenicz, Planning Dept. Secretary, letter dated 816199 requesting the following: the Planning Dept. has been sending out notices of Planning Board decisions to abutters and interested parties. This is not currently required in the Subdivision Regulations. Ms. Sucherucz' letter requests the board add this administrative procedure ,y; to the regulations. 1•i 10
