Continued from October <br /> 11 <br /> 2051999, - ` ' <br /> Question from Planning Board Chairman, John Kuchinski: what is the status of the <br /> DRI? Mr. Jack McElhinney, Willowbend General Counsel, had met with the Cape Cod <br /> Commission(CCC) and they had completed a site walk. They are still trying to resolve <br /> R <br /> whether to go forward as a DRI or Development Agreement. Mr. McElhinney . <br /> suggested Willowbend and the Board continue to work through some of the issues. Mr. <br /> McElhinney stated he/Willowbend were not going to ask the board to make any final <br /> decisions until the DRI/Development Agreement issue is resolved. Mr. McElhinney <br /> requested they move forward with some of the less complex issues, specifically traffic <br /> issues, ancient ways and locations,potential impacts relative to the golf course <br /> construction, and archaeological sites. Willowbend brought to the meeting a revised <br /> plan, responding to Mr. Fudala's comments, now showing a 100 t. buffer along <br /> Quinaquisset Ave.,proposed location of the housing units and an access road, ancient <br /> �L ,,. <br /> ways are highlighted, located cart paths on the ground, and done some rough grading to <br /> begin to bring in some topography. Also shown were the three (3) actual archaeological <br /> areas: one on the point, one at Fox 3 site, and one at Fox 4 site. Willowbend has <br /> spoken with representatives of the tribal council as well as Mitch Mulholland, UMass, <br /> k. <br /> 1 <br />
