■ ■ The Town Planner broached the subject of dunpster pads, as to whether- r not there are any, and if so whether they are included in the impervious surface calculations . Mr. Quinn responded it is included in Phase III and Phase IB. Currently there are no dumpsters in Phase II (there are temporary dumpsters) . Applicant intends t place one duampster located in an area of Phase I . Attorney Taipale agreed to Condition 2.0, new schedule. e suggested that perhaps the completion date of July 20, 2003 should be 'extended to September 20, 200 - Phase II . Association Conditions - Attorney Taipale requested clear -d-irection from the Town with reference to the numbering system. The Board advised a combination of Town Clerk/Planning Board approval, with Fire and Police Department involvement in order to address safety issues . Mr. Quinn spoke to the issue of posting lighting/reflective numbers throughout the project . The Town Planner suggested numbers should bb placed on the buildings, and street signs to be posted on the street corners in order to address Fire/Police public safety issues . The 90 Great Neck load general address needs to b.e changed to a more specific, individual system for safety purposes (this being a Town wide effort) . The Town Planner suggested and Attorney Taipale agreed that mention should be made that the plan of record is being modified. Landscapin- Plan language - The Town Planner suggested a landscape and grade change plan be submitted for the four buildings prior to the issuance of building permits; as well as a landscape and grade change plan for the remainder of Phase III prior to the issuance of any other building permits . typical plan is to be submitted for the remainder of Phase II by the next meeting, as well as a detail for the island in the center of Phase II .
