The Chairman made reference to language regarding the <br /> six-month timefta a in which Applicant is to provide a <br /> recorded copy of the Decision to the Board. <br /> t this point the Chairman requested comments from the <br /> Consulting Engineer . <br /> Mr. Rowley reported he has reviewed the plan provided <br /> by Applicantfs engineer. He mentioned concerns regarding <br /> some of the contours and grading, the location of some of <br /> the garages. <br /> Reference' were being made to the topography plan <br /> dated February 27, 2003. Mr. Rowley noted those locations <br /> of concern regarding turns into driveway areas, such a <br /> Buildings 27 a.nd ' . He suggested the two garages and <br /> additional parking spaces be combined with a parking space <br /> on either side. He also noted that every garage has been <br /> positioned to right angles to the lime of the buildings, <br /> suggesting changes could be made. <br /> Mr. Rowley also made reference to two open spaces that <br /> will require substantial grading around the edges . He <br /> suggested storage calculations be made in order to avoid a <br /> series of leaching pits/ground disturbance. <br /> There is also concern regarding a difference in grade <br /> between garage spaces and the edge of the road. fir. Rowley <br /> would like assurance that the water sufficiently pitches <br /> array from the garages and that there are points of <br /> discharge along the perimeter. <br /> The Town Planner asked if consideration had been given <br /> to making the driveway one-way, and that he is awaiting <br /> Fire Department comments regarding access to the back of <br /> the buildings . <br /> Sr. Rowley further reported concern with avoiding run <br /> off water from the edges of the- parking areas leading <br /> towards the building entrances. All leaching pits located <br /> underneath the pavement should be lined on the sides a <br /> well as the top with filter fabric. <br /> Dan Myers questioned the need for a retaining wall, <br /> and was satisfied with the creation of a buffer zone to <br /> prevent any danger of driving off the road. <br /> 10 <br />
