Crowe <br /> proposes to construct a house. Said road is 20-feet wide <br /> with 12-inch berms on each side to a low point and then <br /> upward to a gentle grade of approximately _ <br /> The proposal is for 2-waterways off to the side into <br /> 2-swales on each side of the road. The concern is the <br /> location of said swales being in front of property owned by <br /> the Town and private owners of Lots 1 and 38 .
