t this point the Chairman opened the floor to public <br /> comment. She recognized Marty O'Malley, Chairman of the <br /> Board of Trustees at Windchime, who expressed his gratitude <br /> and appreciation to the Board for their thorough <br /> review/consideration of this matter. He also expressed his <br /> gratitude to the Town Planner for his expertise and <br /> consideration. <br /> There being no farther Board or Public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to March 19, 2 - , at <br /> 7 :20 p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and s <br /> voted unanimpusly.. <br /> (This matter concluded at 9: 27 p.m. ) <br /> Discussion <br /> Michael Crowe -- Arabic Avenue - Approval of hoard Design <br /> Paper subdivision street off Route 28 <br /> The Chairman recognized the Consulting Engineer for <br /> comment . <br /> Mr. Rowley expressed concern regarding the drainage <br /> system. <br /> References were being made to a plan entitled, "Site <br /> Plan, 5 Arabic Avenue in Mashpee, MA, dated February 14, <br /> 2003, prepared for Mr. Michael Crowe, 32 Popponessett <br /> Avenue, Mahpee, MA"" . <br /> Mr. Rowley explained the plan indicates a -foot <br /> paved road to the end of -the property where Mr.. Crowe <br /> proposes to construct a house. Said road is 20-feet wide <br /> with 12-inch berms on each side to a low point and then <br /> upward to a gentle grade of approximately _ <br /> The proposal is for 2-waterways off to the side into <br /> 2-swales on each side of the road. The concern is the <br /> location of said swales being in front of property owned by <br /> the Town and private owners of Lots 1 and 38 . Construction <br /> f these pred. swales would serge to block access to the <br /> other lots due to the depression of the area. <br /> 11 <br />
