i <br /> The Town Planner questioned Applicant regarding <br /> whether or not dumpster pads have been inluded in <br /> calculations of impervious surface. <br /> Condition 20 refers to the Phasing schedule attached <br /> as Exhibit B. Proposed additional language by the <br /> Applicant, "Provided however, in the event of national or <br /> local events outside of the control of the Applicant, <br /> causing delays in the completion in the aggregate more than <br /> 0-days, the completion dates set forth above may be <br /> extended by the Manning Board for up to an additional <br /> three ) years . " <br /> Condition suggestions based upon agreement between the <br /> Developer and Condominium Association. <br /> Unit numbering, street identification, and <br /> (reflective) lighting. The Town Planner relayed a <br /> discussion with the Fire Chief whereby he suggested the <br /> street names be used as addresses and numbering the units <br /> (A-B-C) for public safety reasons . <br /> Completion of exterior lighting fixtures , The Town <br /> Planner reported there is a lighting plan within the <br /> origin- al permit . There has been a great deal of -discussion <br /> between the Town Planner and the Appl i cant regarding a <br /> landscaping plan. The Applicant is proposing a landscaping <br /> plan be submitted on a building by building basis after <br /> completion of the first four buildings (building permits) <br /> in Phase III . The Town Planner strongly suggested the <br /> landscaping plan be submitted in advance. There is an <br /> approved landscaping plan for the entire project in <br /> existence. <br /> The Association is -suggesting that landscaping be <br /> consistent with landscaping in Phase IB. <br /> References were made to an original Planting and <br /> Lighting Plan for the entire project . <br /> The Chairman recognized Torn Quinn, representing <br /> indchime Point, Inc. who stated that all of the buildings <br /> have been Located and that Applicant will provide a <br /> landscaping plan (in approximately 0-days) . <br /> Mr. Quinn then deferred to Attorney Taipale, who <br /> addressed language issues. <br /> 5 <br />
