Ok <br /> The Chairman e plarin d that Applicant should have <br /> adhered to the approved plan, and that any changes and/or <br /> adjustments to the approved plan must- be approved by the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the inclusion of a process <br /> within the Special Permit that would allow minor <br /> modifications . <br /> The Town Planner stated that the driveway construction <br /> has been consistently wrong throughout the project. He <br /> also suggested discussion with the Building Inspector <br /> regarding enforcement of the permit. <br /> Mr. Bonvie is agreeable -to working and meeting with <br /> the Planning Department Staff in this- regard. <br /> There being no further Board or public comment, this <br /> ratter concluded at 7 : 2 p.m. <br /> Michael Crowe - Arabic Avenue <br /> Paper Subdivision Street off Route 2,8 <br /> The Chairman determined that Applicant was not present <br /> t the Meeting. <br /> Community Builders - Asher' s Path - Senior Housing <br /> The Chairman recognized Leila Botsford, Executive <br /> Director of Mas-hpee Housing Authority, who provided a brief <br /> history on the property. Said property had been given t <br /> the Housing Authority approximately two gears ago. After <br /> some engineering work, it has been determined that up to <br /> fifty-six ) units of one bedroom elderly housing could <br /> safely be constructed on the property. <br /> Community Builders have been selected to develop the <br /> project and application has been made for a HUD 202 grant. <br /> Request is being made to review the plan and obtain a <br /> letter of support from the Planning Board. <br /> The Chairman then recognized Jonathan Juhl, co-sponsor <br /> with the Mashpee Housing Authority, who spoke to the <br /> success of the housing program. Financing for the project <br /> is obtained through HUD and corers ninety (90 percent o <br /> 7 <br />
