He explained the process to be the <br /> election of a street representative who them meets with <br /> himself and others in order to discuss and determine the <br /> best location for parking, overflow paths, etc. There. are <br /> currently m are parking paths than show on the plan. The Town <br /> Planner clarified that both the Planning Board and Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals have approved the original Site Plan and <br /> are required to approve any modification thereto. <br /> The Town Planner them made reference to the fact that <br /> parking spaces have not been built where approved, but <br /> rather are positioned in such a way that they back into <br /> some of the major roadways . He expressed concern for <br /> safety issues in this regard, being considered a <br /> significant change to the Site Plan, which requires some <br /> type of review by the Planning Board.
