ti ■ meetings have been conducted with the Town of Mashpee Regulatory Staff . Community Support - Letter of support from the Board of Selectmen, approval of plans, elevations, and signs b the Design Review Committee received January 1 tb. Abutter support includes Life Incorporated, Liquor Warehouse, Boch. Center, Seamist, Christ the King Church, Southcape Resort, Deer Crossing residential, Plymouth. Savings- Bank, Chamber of Commerce, Industrial Park, windchime Point and Southport Condominiums . Planning Board Draft Decision - If the signal at Shllback war is not completed by the time Buildings A, B, C. and D are occupied, Applicant has agreed to a right in/out onto Route 28.. The connector road is now a priority issue, with Planning Board Public Hearing scheduled for Ma- th 7 Shellback Way at Deer Crossing to be completed after several of the buildings have been con-structed. There was some discussion regarding truck access and loading areas, "no left-turns" . Existing trees are to be supplemented by additional .landscape plantings in e ce - _ 500 new faces., it k s- and- bushes . Ref.erences. s ere--them--- made to the Landscaping Plans.. The Beard suggested a completion date for landscaping be included a-s a Condition f the Planning Board Decision. The Consulting Engineer commented on the profile o the connecter road, structures and base line do net match. He suggested further discussion with the project engineer be made. The Chairman recessed this matter at this point (8 : 0 P.M. ) Public Hearing Pour Zoning Articles - May 5, 2003 Annual Town Meeting. The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called the Public Hearing to order. She entertained a motion b .made postponing the Dearing to a later time, MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to postpone the Public Dearing in this matter t : 0 p.-m. ; which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously.
