The CCC is requiring a further <br /> traffic study on the remainder of the project as it will <br /> generate more traffic than the original . <br /> Steve Dolan made reference to pg. 24, Economic <br /> Development, asking about those efforts being made t <br /> employ local residents. <br /> Mr. Megathlin responded advertising efforts will be <br /> made through local newspapers in an attempt to attract a <br /> many local residents as possible . <br /> Richard Term asked about phasing, traffic and <br /> landscaping conditions required by the ccc. <br /> . r. Meg4thlin -responded_ that-.. landscape phasing -is- <br /> required, There are conditions requiring loam. and. -seed in <br /> order to maintain visual impact along route 2 . <br /> Open space issues were discussed, both ccc <br /> requirements and conservation Commissionacquisitions <br /> within the Mashpee Riven watershed. <br /> The Chairman determined connections to the wastewater <br /> treatment plant would be Life at Mashpee and Mahpee <br /> Professional. Center. <br /> The chairman recessed this matter in order to <br /> entertain a motion to postpone the hearing, Fear Zoning <br /> ' th <br /> Articles, May 5 Annual Town Meeting, <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing, Four Zoning Articles, May 5th Annual <br /> Town Meeting to : 00 p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Don <br /> Myers and so voted unanimously. <br /> The chairman reconvened the Public Dearing - C. <br /> Talanian Realty, Co.
