There was discussion regarding concerns raised by the' Consulting Engineer. It was agreed to address said concerns under the Special Permit Conditions. Public Comment The Chairman recognized Marty O'Malley, Unit Owner, indchime Point Coftdominium and President of the Board -of Trustees. r. O'Malley stated his support of the concept and plan presented to the Planning Board on February 12, 2003 . He expressed concern for the following issues : the intersection at Great Neck Road South and Donna' s way, vegetation along the perimeter, the right in right at the second exit, whether or not the project will be a two phased development-f and Intensification of future development, a-s well as traffic concerns and Mitigation for a traffic light. The 'Iowa Planner explained the Planning Board does not have control over any- mitigation monies, that. is a CCC requirement . _ Mr._ ' a11e.yI s_ conce ns _having. .been -addr.essed.,- -he- - - - - r_ - expre"sled his support for the project, asking the Planning Board for approval . There being no further Board or Public comment the Chairman entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing in this matter. MOTION: Dennis Balza,rini made a Motion to close the Public Hearing in this matter; which Motion was seconded by Richard Terry and so voted unanimously. The Chairman them entertained a -motion be made on the Special Permit Decision /Condit°ions (landscaping and Consulting Engineer' s concerns including profile match) . MOTION: Richa-rd Terry made a Motion to approve the project subject to those Conditions discussed this date and that an original be provided by the Town Planner for review, signature and notarization by a Board Member for filing with the Town Clem; which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. 11
