The Town Planner reported there is a partial landscape <br /> plan, the trees- have been identified/letter from Ellis <br /> Allen. The plan has not yet been completed. <br /> The Chairman determined the Board could not review an <br /> incomplete plan, however they could address any questions <br /> r concerns. <br /> The Chairman then recognized Arne H. ofala, Engineer, <br /> who spoke to the lcation of trees on the plan . <br /> Designations have been made to describe the size a-nd <br /> species of the trees, as well as to identify the trees b <br /> number. Those areas where mote than six inches of fill are <br /> to be used have been designated, as requested by the Board. <br /> All trees with a diameter of six inches or greater, and <br /> those trees Located within ten feet from the foundations <br /> have also been designated. <br /> Mr. ojala asked for clarification regarding exact <br /> grade changes around existing trees located within ten feet <br /> of the foundation/six inches of fill . <br /> The Board agreed that in area' of less than sic inches <br /> of f ill th.e_ trees- _s.h uld . ,e. shown on .-a plan -with .are. - � - <br /> indication as to whether it will be preserved or removed. <br /> Mr. Quinn asked about the ten foot setback requirement <br /> from the buildings in order to preserve the trees . He <br /> spoke to excavation/fill removal difficulties . <br /> The Chairman clarified that the speaker is requesting <br /> a distance of twenty feet around the border in order to <br /> construct a building and preserve the trees within that <br /> area. <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Board of the prior <br /> discussion/determination of this matter during the Hearing <br /> for Modification of the Special Permit.
