The Chairman recognized Tom Quinn, Windchime Point, <br /> Inc. who provided a plan of lard entitled `•Windchime Point <br /> Site Plan, revisions to Phase lA and 1B, dated April 9, <br /> 003" a <br /> Mr. Quinn requested approval of the existing location <br /> of the post office. He made reference to changes being <br /> made to the parking area based upon the consulting <br /> Engineer' s connments . He also requested approval of an <br /> additional parking area needed to service overflow parking <br /> from the clubhouse, pool, barbecue, and tennis- court areas, <br /> being an additional six (6.) spaces . <br /> Mr. Quinn also spore to access to a storage shed, as <br /> requested by the Association. <br /> Mr. Quinn addressed some of the consulting Engineer' s <br /> concerns, being the plan does not show contours elevations, <br /> inclusion of parking area dimensions, 'Minimum distance <br /> -between parking spaces should be 4-ft. and gravel surface. <br /> Mr. Quinn explained the surface rou'ld not be gravel . <br /> The original building is described as impervious and the <br /> Trustees Piave_ re e.s_ted it -remain so. -Drainage-will -be - - <br /> _ necessary as well as proper grading. Certain areas need <br /> loam and seed, and wi11 require a landscaping plan. The <br /> exi-sting large trees located in front of the parking area <br /> will be identified. <br /> Mr. Quinn made reference to the parking space for Unit <br /> 14 . The consulting Engineer has questioned the size of <br /> the space. The owner has requested an increase in the <br /> width (space and a half) for easier access . <br /> Mr. Quinn addressed the concern regarding grading at <br /> the rear ofthe storage building (drainage in the parking <br /> lot) , <br /> With regard to roof runoff, gutters/dry well are to be <br /> installed. Gravel will be placed at the rear of the <br /> building. <br /> Mr. Quinn then requested Board consideration o <br /> preservation of an access way (paved construction <br /> entrance) . <br />
