The Town Planner advised Applicant to address this <br /> matter now while the Special Permit Hearing is open and <br /> changes to the text can be made as a part of this process . <br /> The Chairman suggested Applicant obtain a consensus <br /> from the Trustees as to the east layout/use of this area. <br /> Mr. Quinn agreed stating he would provide a plan for <br /> the next -meeting. <br /> The Chairman then recognized Marty O'Malley, <br /> representing the Trustees of Windchime Point Condominiums, <br /> who expressed his support for the proposed project . He <br /> stated he would present the matter to the unit owners .
