MOTION. Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to adopt, a <br /> Policy, the MIIA-Planning Decis-ion Procedures Checklist; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Richard Terry and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> The Chairman shared some of her concerns for the <br /> .upcoming year, being Affordable Dousing, Local <br /> Comprehensive Plan Land Use and Growth- Management, Heritage <br /> Preservation, and Projected Buildout . <br /> The Town Planner addressed the issue of Buildout <br /> explaining the charge in the seasonality factor. Where are <br /> many more yea-r--round residents than what had been <br /> anticipated ( ) . <br /> Lee Gurney suggested the Board adopt more result <br /> oriented goals.,, rather than process . <br /> (Richard Terry left the Meeting at this point, <br /> P.M, ) <br /> Discussion - Nikki Doscoteau - Continued <br /> The Chairman recognized Ms . Descoteaux who requested <br /> continued Planning Board support regarding -Cape Cod <br /> Commision- jurisdiction over the New Seabury proposed <br /> project . <br /> After some Board discussion it was the- consensus of <br /> the Board to reiterate to the Cape Cod Commission their <br /> position on the matter of jurisdiction. <br /> The Chairman entertained a notion suggesting their <br /> earlier letter be reissued to the Commission. <br /> MOTION: Bon Myers made a Motion to reaffirm the <br /> Planning Board position as stated in the January 2, 2002 <br /> letter to the Cape Cod Commission regarding support of <br /> jurisdictional authority of the Commission over the New <br /> Seabury project; which Motion was seconded by Dennis <br /> Bal a rini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Articles for October 20, 2003 Annual Town Meeting <br /> The Town Planner presented a modified version of the <br /> Article regarding building height for hotels .
