The Chairman recognized Douglas Storrs, Vice <br /> President, Iashpee Commons Ltd. Partnership. <br /> Mr. Storrs informed the Board that traffic issues have <br /> been addressed with Cape Cod Commission. (hereinafter <br /> referred to as CCC) Staff, the differences between the <br /> previous and current plans,, as well as peak hour and daily <br /> average trips, with a minor change in wastewater total <br /> nitrogen.. <br /> The CCC has requested that all aspects of the -master <br /> plan be brought forward. The CCC has granted a Development <br /> f Regional Impact Permit, which is valid for seven <br /> years . <br /> The CCC appears to be comfortable addressing Fast <br /> Steeple Street unto itself as a specific DRI . {References <br /> were being made to a visual ..The Neighborhoods of Mas-hpee <br /> Commons" . <br /> r. Storrs suggested a joint review process between <br /> the Planning Board and CCC., whereby staff and subcommittee <br /> meetings could be scheduled alternately between the <br /> -- -Boa-rd Co miss-ion: -He- feels- - j oint review- -could- serve- the - - <br /> same role and function of a development agreement and allow <br /> the Bast Steeple phase of the master plan to move forward. <br /> Mr. Storrs spore to the change in development plan for <br /> Jobs Fishing Road from predominantly commercial to <br /> residential . He also expressed desire to begin the 40B <br /> approval process . <br /> East Steeple Street - CCC DRI process requires a <br /> highly detailed site plan, as well as for every building <br /> within the DRI proposal . However, an agreement has been <br /> reached whereby as each building is brought forward, the <br /> detailed architecturals would be provided under guidelines <br /> for Planning Board/CCC approval. <br /> The CCC has requested the commercial component of the <br /> 40B live/work proposal be brought forward as a DRI . <br /> Steve Dolan inquired as to the 40B process/commercial <br /> component and zoning issues . He also asked if there are <br /> any examples or models upon which this particular aspect of <br /> the process is based. His concern being the prospect of <br /> 11 <br />
