It <br /> will be located within walling distance of every aspect of <br /> Mashpee commons, mixed use, and is to be disbursed <br /> throughout the neighborhood. There will be no exterior <br /> detection as to the affordable housing units. <br /> The Town Planner clarified, "most of it is not within <br /> the growth center" . <br /> The Chairman inquired as to the joint review process, . <br /> Planning Board participation, meeting schedules, and <br /> attendance continuity. She did express some concern <br /> r-egarding. workability.- <br /> Mr, Storrs responded by stating staff meetings are <br /> conducted in the morning, subcommittee meetings in early <br /> afternoon. The Planning Board would be able to invite <br /> members of the CCC to their regularly scheduled meetings . <br /> Planning Board Member participation would be considered as <br /> such, not to be considered as members of the general <br /> public. The benefit will lie. in Planning Board input as <br /> the project is being reviewed and decided upon by the ccc. <br /> The chairman explained her understanding of the <br /> previously proposed Development Agreement to be that <br /> subcommittee and staff meetings would be conducted and that <br /> representative would attend a Planning Board Meeting in <br /> order to update the Board on a regular basis at which time <br /> the Board would be allowed to express their input as well . <br /> The Town Planner noted the Development Agreement <br /> process is the Planning Board permitting process. The <br /> Planning Board will be expected to conduct its own Public <br /> Hearing process on the Special Permit. <br /> 12 <br />
