Mr. Chace made reference to two books, •"Regional <br /> Approaches to Affordable Housing, and "Placerma ing" making <br /> then available to the Planning Board/Staff.. <br /> The Town Planner explained the Planning Board Article <br /> that would limit three-story buildings to hotels/motels <br /> resulting from discussions with the Fire Department and <br /> which has been indefinitely postponed. The current Article <br /> being proposed regarding hotels motels is intended as a <br /> test case limited use of three-stories . <br /> There is a parking By-law amendment being proposed <br /> whereby shared parking would be recognized. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Dorris irsner .BSS Design <br /> Approvral of -Lot Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> Consideration of D1I Referral. <br /> The Chairman stepped down from hearing this -matter and <br /> left the Meeting Evora. <br /> The slice-Chairman called the Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Tern Planner informed the Board of receipt of a <br /> .letter of authorization naming BSS Design, as well as <br /> written request from BSS Design to continue this matter to <br /> July 30, 200 (being a date which the Planning Board does <br /> not meet) , <br /> The Town Planner encouraged the Board to vote in favor <br /> of said request, to agree to the extension of the review <br /> period to October 1 , 200 . <br /> The Nice-Chairman entertained a motion for extension. <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion to approve a six <br /> week extension in this matter to October 10, oo ; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Don Myers and so voted unani nou'sly. <br /> The Town Planner addressed the issue of proposed <br /> access/safety whereby traffic entering the commercially <br /> zoned property would be making a left hand turn off Route <br /> 28 at old Barnstable Road (which is one way) . <br /> 1 <br />
