The Chairman recognized William Mikolajczyk, President <br /> Child' s River Fast Homeowner' s Association, who informed <br /> the Board the developer has cut out a previously paved road <br /> and applied a temporary coat . <br /> Applicant' s representative reported the road has since <br /> been keyed and topcoated. <br /> The Town Planner noted the Consulting Engineer has <br /> made an inspection/approval . <br /> Mr. Mi kola]c yk requested the Board retain a certain <br /> amount of funds to insure the road has been properly <br /> constructed. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the Board vote should <br /> indicate the possibility of some funding be applied to the <br /> proper construction of the road/trench fill (Miller Farm <br /> Road/Bog River Road) . <br /> MOTION: Ion Myers made a Lotion for the Release of <br /> Covenant for Lots 1 and 2.
