As the first order of business she addressed the <br /> matter of Minutes . <br /> Minutes <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of May 7, 2003 as written which Motion was <br /> seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br /> South Cape Village <br /> Modification to special Permit Decision <br /> C. Talanian Realty r o. , Inc. <br /> _ The. Town Planner reported the appeal in this matter <br /> has been withdrawn and dismissed. He advised the Board is <br /> now free to sign the Decision for recording purposes . <br /> The Planning Board thereupon signed said special <br /> Permit Decision. <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Ken Crosby - Dots 10 and 11 - Balfour Lane <br /> Release of Remaining Performance Guarantee <br /> The Town Planner reported the Consulting Engineer has <br /> approved said release in writing; and that there are no <br /> outstanding tax issues. <br /> 1 <br />
