MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to r the <br /> balance of the Po�rformance Guarantee on Tots 10 and 11 on. <br /> Balfour Lane; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Bal arini <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Planning Board thereupon signed Release -of <br /> Petf ormance Guarantee. <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Paul J. Thomas Wm. Benito Construction co. <br /> The Town Planner reported the Consulting Engineer has <br /> reviewed the request/paperwork submitted and has <br /> recommended a security amount . Mr. Rowley has reported <br /> that the trench area has been addressed to his <br /> satisfaction. <br /> The Board agreed to address this matter at some later <br /> time during the Meeting. <br /> Correspondence <br /> ---The ch—aif�n Ch i d the following letter into the <br /> Record: Bated June 10, 2003, addressed to the Town of <br /> Mashpee Planni-ng Board - "I air► writing this letter as a <br /> citizen across from Echo Road. We have a number of times <br /> complained about a number of signs on Route 10, across <br /> from our houses . I thought after the road was paved that <br /> this would stop but it just keeps getting worse, especially <br /> holidays and weekends. The candle place has a permanent <br /> sign on Route 1 , now they have a bigger sign draped over <br /> that one and chained to it. I would think that if you <br /> wanted business off a maim road that you would put a sign <br /> in front of that business . Do we really want to ruin the <br /> looks of, our Town? It' s a heavily traveled road for <br /> tourists to come to our Town to see this . It i5 a <br /> beautiful stretch of road. Tet f s not retake .it loop like the <br /> Town of Yarmouth.
