Approval of Defl-nitive Subdivision Plan <br /> The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing to order. She then recognized Dave <br /> Crispin, BSC Group. <br /> Mr. Crispin made reference to letter dated July 9, <br /> 2003, in response to both Staff and Consulting Engineer <br /> comments . <br /> e noted the outside diameter of the cul-d -sac <br /> remains the same, with a 25- t. wide pavement in response <br /> to fire. safety concerns . <br /> Location of the private way, common boundary, has been <br /> resolved with the abutters. A written agreement will be <br /> provided after the sale of the property. <br /> The plan ha-s been modified to reflect nitrate' loading <br /> concerns, as well as drainage. Spot grades at the cul-de- <br /> sac are not indicated. Grates for the outlet pipes are <br /> indicated on sheet 8 . There is no objection to the <br /> creation of a neighborhood association for maintenance <br /> purposes . <br /> There being no further -Boa-rd/Staff comment, the <br /> Chairman opened discussion to members of the public <br /> recognizing the following speakers <br /> Mrs , Antunes inquired as to the width of the road. <br /> Mr, Crispin responded the road is 20-foot paved, 0- <br /> foot right of way. <br /> Mrs . Antunes them informed the Board that she had not <br /> received abutter notification. <br /> (There was discussion as to whether or not the- spe <br /> is considered to be a direct abutter as certified by the <br /> Assessors' Office. ) <br /> Mrs . Antunes then asked if the taxes had been on the <br /> property. <br /> The Town Planner noted one lot with outstanding taxes <br /> due in the amount of $167 . 00., June 3, 2003 .
